Victor is a highly skilled metallurgist and plant manager with over a decade of experience in minerals processing and plant optimization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pretoria and has completed advanced studies in Strategic Leadership and Business Management.
Before joining ALiGRO, Victor held leadership roles at Fraser Alexander, Rockwell Diamonds, and Exxaro, where he was responsible for plant operations, process optimization, and production improvements. He has a track record of increasing recovery rates, improving plant throughput, and implementing innovative metallurgical strategies. His expertise in process design, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership makes him a key figure in ALiGRO’s metallurgical and processing operations.
