Patrick is an experienced logistics and port operations specialist with over a decade in managing bulk material handling, containerized shipments, and vessel loading operations. His career spans multiple locations across South Africa, where he has overseen the end-to-end logistics chain for mining commodities.
Starting in Bloemfontein in 2012, Patrick gained expertise in receiving materials via road and rail, stockpile monitoring, contamination checks, and coordinating containerized shipments. In 2018, he became Branch Manager in Port Elizabeth, where he expanded his role to managing draught surveys, hold inspections, and liaising with shipping agents. In 2023, he relocated to Durban as Branch Manager, further solidifying his expertise in port logistics and compliance.
Now at ALiGRO, Patrick leads port operations and ensures seamless coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, leveraging his deep knowledge of supply chain management and shipping documentation processes.
