Before joining ALiGRO, Belinda held key roles at Margate Auto Electrical and Margate Construction, where she managed fleet operations, procurement, invoicing, and workshop administration. She later served as Site Administrator at ADP Kholo, overseeing contractor coordination, logistics, and operational support.
