Eugene is a Geologist with 15 years of mineral exploration experience in various commodities across Southern and West Africa. Beginning his career as a Junior Exploration Geologist in Namibia and subsequently becoming Senior Exploration Geologist, he worked on the Okanjande Graphite, Opuwo Cobalt, and Lofdal Rare Earths projects. Eugene was Project Manager for Kouroussa Gold in Guinea and Senior Geologist for Namibia Rare Earths. From 2019 to 2021, he was Senior Geologist on the K-Hill battery-grade Manganese project in Botswana.
Eugene has a BA (Hons) in Earth Sciences and an MA in Geotechnical Engineering. His speciality is lithium ore-forming processes
