She possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and hazards within mining environments and has a proven ability to analyse complex safety issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective safety solutions.
She holds a B.A. in Disaster & Safety Management and multiple certifications in risk management, ISO standards, and legal compliance. Clareece is a registered CHSO with SACPCMP and an affiliate of DMISA. Before joining ALiGRO, she served in key safety roles at Anglo American Platinum and Idwala Carbonates, overseeing contractor management, emergency response, audits, and safety strategies.
