Anton is an experienced mining professional with over 30 years in opencast mining, contract management, and project execution. He holds a National Higher Diploma (T4) and a National Diploma (T3) in Civil Engineering from Technikon Pretoria, with additional certifications in Contract Management and Blasting Methods.
Before joining ALIGRO, Anton was Tender & Strategy Executive at Moolmans Mining, managing tenders and contract negotiations. He also served as Contracts Director at Basil Read and B&E, overseeing large-scale projects across South Africa and Namibia. His expertise in operations, risk management, and financial planning makes him a key asset in ALIGRO’s mine development strategy.
