Before joining ALiGRO, Ncumisa played a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs, ensuring seamless regulatory transitions, and managing compliance risks. She specializes in MHSA Act 29 of 1996, safety policies and procedures, risk management, and internal audits.
