Noel is a highly experienced lithium specialist with over 40 years of expertise in the mining resources sector. With a strong background in general management, international business development, and project management, O'Brien has made significant contributions to the lithium industry.
Previously serving as Executive Director at Birimian Ltd and as a technical adviser to the Mt Holland lithium project, O'Brien has demonstrated his deep understanding of lithium processing and project management. He has also acted as a technical consultant to Galaxy Resources (now Allkem) and the Bikita Minerals Lithium Project in Zimbabwe.
Noel is ALIGRO’s lead recovery process plant design and build consultant across all projects.
